The artist declares to perform his job according to the hygiene rules as recommended in the Royal Decree (Belgium) on the regulation of placing tattoos.  In order for the customer to effectively approve this action, the customer has received clear, loyal and adequate information from the artist regarding:  the nature and course of the action. the known risks and consequences associated with the actions, even exceptions. the recommendations to follow and aftercare.  The informed customer undertakes to follow the artist's recommendations so that a favorable evolution after the operation can take place.
